Our approach

Clear requirements first.
Firm offers second.

CocoRovanta aims to connect international buyers with suitable Indonesian sourcing partners through a practical, transparent enquiry process built around the buyer's actual needs.

From enquiry to shipment planning

Every order is different. The sequence below helps identify requirements and practical constraints before either party commits.

STEP 01

Understand the requirement

We collect product type, end use, quantity, specification, packing, destination and target timing.

STEP 02

Review sourcing feasibility

We check whether a suitable supplier, sample, volume and requested specification can be confirmed.

STEP 03

Check costs and terms

Supplier pricing, inland handling, freight and relevant charges are reviewed before an offer is prepared.

STEP 04

Agree in writing

Product specification, quantity, payment schedule, inspection, Incoterms, documents and shipment timing are recorded before proceeding.

STEP 05

Coordinate preparation

Where agreed, the parties coordinate sampling, packing, inspection and document preparation with the responsible suppliers and logistics providers.

STEP 06

Confirm shipment details

Shipment booking proceeds only after cargo acceptance, handling requirements, responsibilities and costs are checked.

How we work: We aim for clear communication and repeat business. We do not claim direct ownership of a factory, guaranteed monthly capacity, certifications or shipment slots unless these have been independently confirmed for the specific order.

What helps us respond faster?

A buyer's RFQ (Request for Quotation) is most useful when it includes product specification, quantity, destination port, packaging, preferred Incoterm (such as FOB or CIF), target shipment date and required documents.
